卧螺离心机螺旋输送器加重法动平衡研究与应用

摘要(Abstract):

针对卧式螺旋脱水机在污水处理厂使用中由于螺旋输送器不平衡引起的振动问题,采用了加重法动平衡进行校正解决,并应用ANSYS Workbench对焊接加重时产生的焊接热应力进行了模拟分析。结果表明:焊接热应力对螺旋输送器结构没有造成大的变形影响;实际操作显示剩余不平衡量随着温度的降低趋于稳定,平衡品质等级达到了G2.5以下。
Horizontal Screw Dewatering Machine in sewage treatment has the problem of vi-bration caused by the unbalance of the spiral conveyor. Dynamic balance correction test was carried out by adding weighting method,and welding thermal stress in welding weighting was analyzed by ANSYS Workbench software. The result shows welding thermal stress did not cause large deformation for the screw conveyor structure. Moreover,the practical operation shows that the residual unbalance is stable with the decrease of temperature,and the quality level about balance is below the G2. 5.
