摘要(Abstract):
基于CFD专业软件fluent采用精细的RSM应力模型,深入分析了粘度对内部流场动压分布、切线速度、轴线速度、油相的集中度和湍动能分布的影响,总结出粘度的增加是导致旋流器分离效率降低的根本原因。
Viscosity is an important attribute of fluid.The liquid-liquid hydrocyclone separate the two kinds of liquid,so viscosity of liquid is the important parameters which affect the internal flow and separation efficiency.Based on CFD software and used the most sophisticated RSM stress model,in-depth analysis viscosity impacting on the five aspects of the interior flow filed,including the internal flow dynamic pressure distribution,tangential velocity,the axis velocity,the degree of concentration of oil phase,turbulent kinetic energy distribution,eventually summarized the essence causes of with the viscosity increasing,then the separation efficiency lower.
