半导体制冷器制冷性能的综合影响因素探讨及其优化设计分析

摘要(Abstract):

对于半导体制冷器优化研究的目的在于使其制冷性能最优化。本文通过对半导体制冷器的结构尺寸及热电材料相关物性参数进行了较系统的研究,推荐出了最佳理论设计值。同时,采用数值分析与解析求解相结合的方法,综合讨论了在稳态条件下,优值系数、最优结构尺寸、冷热媒温度、电流、介质端面对流换热强度等参数变化对热电制冷器制冷性能的改善影响,以及各性能参数之间的相互制约关系。结论对于实际热电制冷系统的优化设计以及系统性能的提高提供了理论依据。
The objective for the optimization research is to optimize the total refrigerating performance of the semiconductor-cooling device.This paper systemically expounds the internal structure of the cooling device and interrelated parameters of thermoelectric material,and obtains the optimal theoretical values for the design.Combined numerical simulation with analytical method,the complex influence for refrigerating performance improvement was discussed,involving the merit figure、optimal physical dimension、temperature of cold/heat medium、electric current、intensity of interfacial convection heat transfer,as well as the complementary effects.The results suggest that it is of great importance to offer the theoretical basis to practical optimal design and performance improvement on cooling device.
