干燥工况下新型复合式露点间接蒸发冷却空调机组的试验研究Experimental Study of a Novel Combined Dew Point Indirect Evaporative Air Conditioning Unit under Dry Condition

摘要(Abstract):
在福州某模拟机房模拟干燥工况(干球温度29~35℃,湿球温度18~23℃)下,通过对新型复合式露点间接蒸发冷却空调机组进行试验测试,结果表明:最佳二/一次风量比为0.72,最佳淋水量为450L/h,22.5℃循环水对应的湿球效率为115%,16℃自来水对应的湿球效率为121%。机组在最佳工况下运行30min需要消耗2.62L的水。
A range of drying conditions:29 ~ 35 ℃ dry bulb temperature and 18 ~ 23 ℃ wet bulb temperature has been simulated in Fuzhou experimental base from January 6 to 18. By means of a novel combined dew point indirect evaporative air conditioning unit tests,the results showed that the best secondary to primary air ratio is 0. 72,the best spary water quantity is 450 L / h,the wet-bulb efficiency of 22. 5℃ circulating water temperature is 115% and the wet-bulb efficiency of the 16℃ tap-water temperature is 121%. Units in the best condition to run 30 minutes consumes 2. 62 L of water.
