定壁温闭式环路型自激振荡热管传热性能的实验研究

摘要(Abstract):

通过理论分析得出工质R134 a在0℃~100℃温区范围内相对于工质水、R123、乙醇可能具有更佳的蒸发和冷凝特性。实验研究了两种不同管径闭式环路型振荡热管在不同工况下的传热性能。结果表明:两组管径的当量有效热导率和输热量在稳态时具有同相非周期性变化趋势。对小管径装置来说,当量有效热导率随充灌率的变化趋势与工作温区有关。对大管径装置来说,近工况下当量有效热导率要比小管径低很多,但仍为纯铜管的一百多倍。实验证实R134 a具有良好热传导性能,有望在微通道闭式自激振荡热管中使用。
It was infered R134a having better evaporating and condensing properties than water,R123 and ethanol at 0℃~100℃ low temperature range by theory analyzing.The close loop self-oscillating heat pipes(CLSOHP) of two different internal diameters have been experimented.Heat transfer performance at different condition has been got.It shows that the nondimensional effective conductivity and the heat input of two different diameters have the same trend of nonperiodic variation when steady-state.As to smaller diameter device,the variation trend of nondimensional effective conductivity with filling ratio is associated to working temperature range.As to big diameter device,the nondimensional effective conductivity is much lower than the one of small diameter,but to be one hundred more times than copper conductivity.It proves that R134a is truly having better heat transfer property and will be used in microchannel CLSOHP in the future.
