沉降离心机转鼓内流体角速度场的研究

摘要(Abstract):

本文以实验为基础,研究了圆柱形转鼓内单相流体角速度的滞后性,分析了进料流量,转鼓角速度和液层深度对液层自由液面滞后的影响。通过因次分析和对实验数据的回归处理,在忽略进出口影响的条件下,解纳维——斯托克斯方程组,导出该旋转流场下角速度场的计算公式。在本实验的条件下,测得的流体角速度和用计算公式求得的角速度值吻合较好。
In this paper the angular velocity profile of fluid in the rotating bowl of sedimentation centrifuger was researched by experiments.The angular velocity distribution in the liquid layer in the rotating bowl was measured with fivehole pitot probes. linear leastsquares fit method was employed for experiment data processing. The empirical formula of A about Re, E and k. was derived. Then, the Navier-stokes equations and continuity equation were solved with neglection of test results. The calculating results and experimental data have a good agreement.
