辐射空调专用的两级新风除湿机性能测试与分析

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了辐射空调专用的两级新风除湿机的工作原理,并对设计开发的该两级新风除湿机进行了性能测试。测试结果表明,该除湿机在测试工况下,除湿机除湿量为6.18 kg/h,出口含湿量在10.19~10.6 g/kg13.1℃时,除湿机出口含湿量最小,其值为7.18 g/kg,除湿量最大,最大除湿量为7.37 kg/h。
In this paper the working principle of the two-stage fresh air dehumidifier specially used in radiation air conditioner was introduced and the performance of the designed and developed two-stage fresh air dehumidifier was tested. The test results show that under the test conditions,the dehumidification capacity of this dehumidifier was 6.18 kg/h,and the outlet moisture content varied in the range of 10.19~10.6 g/kg.When the coil entering water temperature was 13.1 ℃,the moisture content at the dehumidifier outlet was the smallest with the value of 7.18 g/kg,and the dehumidification capacity was maximum with value of 7.37 kg/h.
