蝶阀三维分离流动的数值模拟研究

摘要(Abstract):

采用基于非结构、非交错网格的有限体积法求解用两方程模型封闭的雷诺平均N S方程组 ,对蝶阀的三维分离流动进行了数值模拟。结果表明 ,蝶阀关闭角度大于 2 0°时 ,在蝶阀背面产生了流动分离 ,形成一对大小相等方向相反的旋涡。在蝶阀下游 ,这两个旋涡相互作用 ,逐渐消失。蝶阀的流动阻力系数随着蝶阀关闭角度的增大呈指数性增长
The 3-D separate flow of a butterfly valve is investigated numerically. The numerical method is to solve the RANS equations using a Finite Volume Method based on an unstructured and collocated grid. Turbulence is taken into account by the standard model. The simulation results show that, the flow begins to separate when the butterfly valve closing angle is greater than 20 degrees. There is a pair of vortices at the back of the valve. They are the same in size and reverse in swirling direction. At downstream of the valve, the two vortices interact and reduce gradually. The flow drag coefficient of the valve increases with the valve closing angle in a exponential law.
