热泵热水器变工况下毛细管节流特性探讨Study on Capillary Throttling Characteristic of Heat Pump Water Heater under Variable Conditions

摘要(Abstract):
从热力学角度分析,在冷凝温度不变的情况下,热泵的制热效率应随室外温度的升高而增大,而有实验表明,当室外温度过高时,趋势并非如此。本文利用稳态分布参数法建立了小型热泵热水器模型,并用MATLAB语言编制仿真程序,从节流装置出发,利用该模型在热源侧变工况下,对使用不同长度毛细管的热泵热水器进行模拟研究,分析毛细管节流特性,揭示了毛细管是当热源温度过高,而热泵制热效率不理想的主要制约因素。
As environment temperature rises,the performance of the heat pump water heater becomes better according to thermodynamics theory.However,some experiments shows that the water heater's performance is restricted when the environment temperature is higher than 32℃.By programming with Matlab software,a heat pump water heater model is built using the steady-state distributed parameter.When the environment temperature keeps rising,carrying study on throttling characteristics of the heat pumps whose capillaries are different in length.The results show that the capillary is playing an important role in restricting the water heater's performance.
