摘要(Abstract):
旋流器溢流芯管的排气口结构对短路流和分离性能具有较大影响,试验考察了八种不同异形排气口结构对轴流式气液旋流分离器的性能影响,找出了其中最优排气口结构,并进行了初步的理论分析。
Exit structure of the vortex finder has big effect on the separation performance of axial-flow hydrocyclone for gas-liquid separation.The influence on the separation efficiency of hydrocyclone was studied owing to eight different specially exit structure.The optimum exit structures were found,and a preliminary theory analysis was given.
