摘要(Abstract):
按美国AMCA标准210-74"风机性能试验的试验室方法"研制了风室中装有多套喷嘴的出口风室装置,能满足0.17~25m3/min,风叶直径不超过300mm的风机的试验要求。整个系统经过精心设计,气动要求严格,系统设计合理。试验能在控制台上人工控制,采集数据,由微机处理试验数据,同时输出计算结果和绘出风机气动性能曲线。
The outlet chamber set-up multiple nozzles in chamber, which corresponds to AMCAstandard 210-74, is worked out. The overallsystem is meticulous in design. Strict aerodynamic requirements and reasonable systemdesign are accomplished. Through controlboard, the test can be controlled, data collected artificially. The calculation, printingthe results and drawing the aerodynamicperformance curves are carried out by computer.
