组合式空调机组不同断面风速均匀度对供冷/热量的影响

摘要(Abstract):

对空调系统中调节空气状态的关键设备──组合式空调机组进行试验研究,相同工况、相同风量的机组处理空气能力随着断面风速均匀度不同而变化。试验发现,在额定风量分别为5000,10000,20000 m3/h的机组的供冷量、供热量随着断面风速均匀度从75%到98%变化时,机组的供冷量分别增加2.214,5.347,9.858 k W,供热量分别增加3.137,8.18,12.603 k W,即随着额定风量的增大,断面风速均匀度对机组的供冷量、供热量影响增大,当断面均匀度达到90%时,影响增幅变缓。
The experimental study on the key equipment which adjust the air state in the air conditioning system—the Combined Air-conditioning Unit, the same conditions, the same amount of air handling capacity of the unit with the section wind speed uniformity varies. The test found that the rated air volume of 5000,10000,20000 m3/h unit cooling capacity, heat supply with the section wind speed uniformity from 75% to 98% change, the unit cooling capacity Respectively, increased 2.214, 5.347, 9.858 k W, heat supply increased 3.137, 8.18, 12.603 k W, both with the increase of rated air flow, wind speed uniformity of the unit on the cooling capacity, heat supply increased, when the sectional uniformity reaches 90%, the increase of the influence becomes slow.
