多翼离心风机的内流特性及其噪声研究Research on Noise and Internal Flow Characteristic of Multi-blade Centrifugal Fan

摘要(Abstract):
结合多翼离心风机各个组成部件的结构特点 ,回顾了近年来国内外有关多翼离心风机的内流特性及其噪声的研究现状。气流分布不均匀 ,风机前盘涡流区域、叶道的边界层分离以及从蜗壳逆行回到叶轮进口的回流是影响多翼离心风机性能的主要因素。在试验研究的同时 ,采用CFD手段进一步深入研究多翼离心风机内流场特征 ,并在风机设计时反映上述影响因素 ,从而有效地提高风机效率、降低风机噪声 ,应是今后研究的一个主要方向
Combined with configuration characteristic of multi-blade centrifugal fan,a general review of research on noise and internal flow field is presented.The non-uniform flow on the velocity and the pressure distribution,the“inactive”separation zone existed near the shroud side,the boundary layer separated flow from the leading edge on the blade suction surface,the reversed flow from the high pressure region inside the volute to the low pressure region near the impeller inlet are the main factors which exert a great influence on the performance of multi-blade centrifugal fan.Combined with experiment, the internal flow characteristic of multi-blade centrifugal fan is studied by using CFD tools,the above-mentioned influence factors in the fan design is considered,thus improving the efficiency and decreasing the noise of multi-blade centrifugal fan,would be the main tasks for further research.
