摘要(Abstract):
针对某石化公司离心压缩机叶轮多次发生开裂、掉块等故障以及裂纹形成机理进行了分析。分析结果表明了叶轮开裂原因系疲劳开裂,叶轮焊接缺陷产生了焊接弧坑,造成表面应力集中,气流激振加速了裂纹扩展。
Cracking failure of centrifugal compressor's impellers was analyzed.The welding craters in the impellers led to stress concentration.The unsteady gas flow accelerated the development of cracks in the impeller.
