板翅式热管散热器充液率、倾角对冷板温度场的影响

摘要(Abstract):

动车牵引变流器用板翅式热管散热器由于结构的特殊性,在倾斜时充液率、倾角对空腔冷板温度场的分布影响较大,试验难以实现对此的研究。因此,本文通过建立数学模型,采用ICEPAK数值模拟软件,以实际模型的板翅式热管散热器为例,分析了充液率,倾斜角度对散热器有效传热面积比,冷板温度场分布的影响,得到该散热器的最佳充液率范围为0.5~0.6。
The influence of filling ratio and inclination angle on the temperature distribution of the cavity substrate is quiet significant because of the particular structure of plate-fin heat pipe radiator used in CRH locomotive traction converter,meanwhile,experiments cannot complete this research. Therefore,by establishing mathematical model,using numerical simulation software ICEPAK,taking the real plate-fin heat pipe radiator as example,it is analyzed that the influence of filling ratio and inclination on the effective heat transfer area percent and temperature distribution of cavity substrate plate,the optimum filling ratio range is obtained ranging from 0. 5 ~ 0. 6.
