可拆式螺旋板换热器内部流动与传热的数值模拟

摘要(Abstract):

应用计算流体力学(CFD)和数值传热学方法,建立了可拆式螺旋板换热器内部流动与传热的数学模型,模拟得到了其内部压力场和温度场的分布情况,同时讨论了流体流速和流道间距对换热器性能的影响。结果表明,几何结构一定时,适当提高油侧流速比提高水侧流速对强化传热更经济有效,而在流量一定情况下,流道间距的确定必须兼顾传热-压降性能和金属板材消耗量综合权衡。这些模拟结果对可拆式螺旋板换热器的优化设计以及运行参数的调试具有重要的参考价值和指导意义。
Adopting computational fluid dynamics(CFD) and numerical heat transfer method, the distribution of pressure field and temperature field in detachable spiral heat exchanger(abbreviated to DSHE) were simulated on the basis of the mathematical model about flow and heat transfer,and the effect of flow rate and the spacing of flow duct on the over-all performances of DSHE was also discussed in this paper.The results show that the increase of oil flow rate is more effective to enhance the heat transfer than the increase of water flow rate when the structure of DSHE is fixed and the spacing of flow duct should be determined to achieve better heat transfer-ressure drop performance and less consumption of metal sheet when the flow rate is constant,which have good theory guidance and reference value to the optimum design and parameter testing of DSHE.
