压缩机吸气阀与排气阀的功耗对比

摘要(Abstract):

阐述了压缩机吸、排气阀功耗的简易计算方法,并得到了压缩机吸、排气阀功耗比的计算公式,分析了连杆比、气体等熵指数、相对余隙及压比对吸、排气阀功耗比的影响。当压比较小,吸、排气阀数量及有效通流面积一致时,吸、排气阀功耗接近。当压比较大导致吸气阀功耗远大于排气阀时,为有效降低气阀总功耗,吸气阀数量或有效通流面积应大于排气阀。
A simple calculation method of the power loss in compressor suction and discharge valves is elaborated. The calculation formula of the power loss ratio is obtained. The influence of connecting rod ratio,isentropic exponent,relative clearance volume and pressure ratio on the power loss ratio is analyzed. In the case of small pressure ratio,the power loss of suction valves is close to that of discharge valves when the number and the effective flow area of suction valves and discharge valves are consistent.When the power loss of suction valves is much greater than that of discharge valves because of large pressure ratio,the number or the effective flow area of suction valves should be greater than that of discharge valves in order to reduce the total power loss of valves.
