表面粗糙度对无油润滑涡旋压缩机微间隙泄漏的影响
Effect of Surface Roughness upon Leakage Flow through Micro-clearances in Oil-free Scroll Compressor

摘要(Abstract):

为了研究表面粗糙度对无油润滑涡旋压缩机微间隙泄漏的影响,采用均匀的锯齿状粗糙元建立了微间隙的二维模型。在微尺度、低压差泄漏模型的基础上,借助计算机数值模拟技术,研究了微间隙表面粗糙元的高度、分布密度和布置方式对充分发展的泄漏流动的影响。结果表明,气体在通道边界附近存在明显的回流和分离现象,而且粗糙元对泄漏流动的影响效果取决于其高度、分布密度及布置方式。在微间隙大小及进口压力相同的条件下,较大的粗糙元高度和分布密度可以有效增大泄漏气体的流动阻力,降低泄漏流速,从而减小泄漏量。
Saw-tooth roughness elements were used to make two-dimensional models of micro-clearances to show effects of surface roughness upon leakage flow in oil-free scroll compressors.Based on micro-scale clearances and low pressure drop leakage flow,the effects of the height,density and distribution of roughness elements upon fully developed leakage flow were studied with the help of numerical simulation technology.As a result,it is shown that gas reflux and separation exist near the boundary of clearances.The effects upon leakage flow depend on the height,density and distribution of roughness elements.It is concluded that under the same conditions of the height of clearances and the inlet pressure,the flow resistance increases and the leakage rate decreases by increasing the height and density of surface roughness elements.
