石油化工泵用机械密封的可靠性参数估计Parameter Estimation of Reliability of Mechanical Seals for Petrochemical Pump

摘要(Abstract)：
石油化工泵用机械密封的失效分为早期失效、偶然失效和耗损失效三种,其失效模式符合威布尔分布。给出了机械密封失效模式的威布尔表达式,介绍了采用矩估计法、极大似然估计法和线性回归分析法对机械密封可靠性数据进行参数估计的实用方法,提出了机械密封可靠度及寿命的计算方法。
The three kinds of failures of mechanical seals for petrochemical pumps were discussed,which are initial failure,random failure and lose failure.The failure mode can be described by Weibull distributed function.Some parameter estimation methods of reliability of mechanical seals were presented.These methods mainly include method of moment,maximum likelihood method and linear regression analysis.Furthermore,the methods for calculating the reliability and predicting the service life of mechanical seals were also proposed.
