供水系统变流量下泵的多方案运行经济性与安全性分析
Economic and Safety Analysis about Manifold Running Mode in Flux Changes

摘要(Abstract):

针对由并联水泵组成的供水系统,提出了在以单泵可能提供最大流量为分界点的两侧流量变化范围内具有多种运行方案;确定了在不同工况下,该系统中水泵、电机、调速器特性曲线的拟合方法及其各动力装置中转速、效率、能耗的计算式;采用解析的方法对各种运行方案进行了经济性和安全性综合评价,并给出最优结果。
According to the supply system composed by parallel connection water pump,many kinds of operation proposals in a single pump were put forward to provide the greatest possible flow on both sides of the demarcation point in the scope of the flux changes;Identified the system of pumps,electromotor,speed governor imitate method of characteristics curve of the power device and its rotating speed,efficiency,energy consumption calculation under different condition;The analytical methods used for the operational plan for comprehensive evaluation of the economic and safety and optimal results.
