离心叶轮的应力数值分析与结构优化

摘要(Abstract):

利用ANSYS软件平台进行离心叶轮应力分析 ,分别对叶轮进行整体以及无叶片轮盘的分体建模 ,计算叶轮在转动中叶轮应力分布和叶轮形状的对应关系。通过改变叶轮的结构参数有效降低了叶轮的最大应力 ,为叶轮的结构设计提供了重要工程参考
The stress of centrifugal impellers was analyzed by ANSYS.The centrifugal impeller is calculated using different modeling methods,which take the impeller as a three-dimensional object or as a hub without blades respectively.The relation between stress of the impeller and structure of it has been discussed.The largest stress of the impeller has been reduced through improving its structure,which is very useful to actual engineering design.
