不同空调末端冬季室内热环境试验研究
Experimental Study on Indoor Thermal Environment of Different Air Conditioning Terminals in Winter

摘要(Abstract):

针对夏热冬冷地区冬季供暖室内空调末端选择问题,在低温热水条件下,对比地板辐射、散热器、顶板辐射、风机盘管为末端的4种供暖系统室内热环境,现场测量室内空气温度、黑球温度、地板表面温度、供回水温度等参数,以室内空气热响应速度、热舒适等作为评价指标。研究结果表明:在相同的供水温度下,散热器采暖响应速度最快,热舒适等级为Ⅰ级,供回水温差最小输配系统能耗最大;风机盘管采暖响应速度最慢,热舒适等级为Ⅱ级,供回水温差与顶板辐射相同,输配系统能耗较大;地板辐射与顶板辐射采暖响应速度较快,热舒适等级均为Ⅰ级,但地板辐射采暖供回水温差最大,输配系统能耗最小;综合考虑室内热环境与系统能耗可知夏热冬冷地区地板辐射采暖最优,极具推广价值。
For the selection of indoor air conditioning terminal for winter heating in hot summer and cold winter regions,the indoor thermal environments of the four heating systems with floor radiation,radiator,radiant ceiling panel and FCU(fan coil unit) as the terminal were compared under the condition of low temperature hot water.The indoor air temperature,black globe temperature,floor surface temperature,supply and return water temperature and other parameters were measured in the field,and the indoor air thermal response speed and thermal comfort,etc.were used as the evaluation indexes.The results show that under the same supply water temperature,the radiator heating response speed is the fastest,the thermal comfort level is level I,and the energy consumption of the transmission and distribution system is the highest with minimum temperature difference between supply and return water.The FCU(fan coil unit) has the slowest heating response speed,the thermal comfort level is level Ⅱ,the temperature difference between supply and return water is the same as the radiant ceiling panel and the energy consumption of the transmission and distribution system is large.The response speed of radiant floor and radiant ceiling panel heating is fast,and the thermal comfort level is level I,but the temperature difference between supply and return water of radiant floor heating is the largest and the energy consumption of transmission and distribution system is the smallest.By comprehensively considering the indoor thermal environment and energy consumption of the system,it can be known that the radiant floor heating in hot-summer and cold-winter regions is the best and has a great promotion value.
