转缸旋转压缩机的动力性能

摘要(Abstract):

在分析工作原理与运动机构的基础上 ,建立了转缸旋转压缩机的力学分析模型。针对电动机功率为 1kw的R41 0A房间空调器用转缸旋转压缩机的动力性能进行了分析 ,分析结果表明 :转缸旋转压缩机比较适合处理HFC类制冷工质 ;转缸的摩擦损失较大 ,克服此缺点将是提高该压缩机效率的关键所在
Dynamic model of new rotary compressor with rotating cylinder is developed based on analyzing its working principle and processes. The dynamic behavior of a compressor with 1 kW motor for R410A room air-conditioner is performed with the aid of the model. It is showed that the compressor is valid as refrigerant compressor for HFC and the key to improve the efficiency is reduction of the mechanical loss related to the rotating cylinder.
