面积比原理在潜水泵设计中的应用研究

摘要(Abstract):

提出了一种基于面积比原理的水泵设计方法。即在保持面积比系数不变的条件下,对同一导流器选配不同的叶轮,以获得不同参数的高效水泵。以250QJ125型潜水泵为基础,选配两种不同叶轮对该设计方法进行试验验证。同时,运用CFD数值模拟方法对其内部流场进行了计算,模拟计算结果与试验结果也较为吻合。
The diving pump is the machinery applied universally,one kind design method based on area-ratio principle was proposed.Through the area-ratio principle theory inferential reasoning,it was proposed that the pump design method of the guide vane invariable only changes the impeller in the condition of area-ratio coefficient invariable.The experiment carried on the diving pump to 250QJ125 to select and match two kind of different impeller,simultaneously carried on the computation using the CFD method to its internal flow field.The result was: It can obtain one kind of high efficiency diving pump in condition of area-ratio coefficient Y=0.87 to two impeller on basis of the same guide vanes.The numerical simulation computation result and the experimental actual result tally,the way of predict the performance to diving pump is feasible by CFD simulation.
