低比转速离心泵叶轮造型及有限元网格划分一体化分析

摘要(Abstract):

在作图法的基础上,整理了完整的低比转速离心泵叶轮的计算机建模方法,根据叶轮几何形状及建模方法的特点采用节点连接和几何变换相结合的方法,发展了一种有效的离心泵叶轮三维有限元网格自动生成的算法,编制了界面友好的三维网格自动生成程序。使用该程序只需输入叶轮基本几何参数,即可得到泵叶轮三维有限元分析网格,为进行实际叶轮的造型与有限元网格划分一体化设计奠定了基础。
On the basis of the method of centrifugal pump impeller drawing,an integral method for the centrifugal pump impeller computer modeling was organized.By combing the methods of node connection and geometric transformation,a simple and convenient algorithm for automatic 3-D finite element mesh generation was developed according to the features of the method for the impeller modeling and profile of the impeller.Further,using this algorithm,computer program with friendly interface has been developed.With the program,3-D finite element mesh of the impellers can be obtained by inputting the basic parameters of the centrifugal pump impellers,which provides a basis for pragmatic integral analysis of modeling and finite element mesh generation for centrifugal pump impellers.
