空调性能试验装置用分离组合式空气热回收器的试验研究Experimental Research of the Separation of Combined Air Heat Recoverer for Testing Equipment of Air-conditioning Performance

摘要(Abstract):
空调性能试验装置的能耗日益增多,节能意义重大。本文对分离组合式空气热回收器换热性能进行了试验研究,分析了充液率、环境温度及进风风量对空气热回收器的影响。试验表明,随着充液率的增大,换热量呈现先增大后减小的趋势,最佳充液率约为60%;当充液率一定时,随着室内外温差的增大,换热量增大;随着进风风量的增大,换热量也是增大的。
The energy saving is significant with energy consumption of testing equipment of air-conditioning performance increasing.In this paper,the heat transfer performance of the separation of combined air heat recoverer was researched experimentally.The effect on heat transfer performance caused by liquid filling ratio,ambient temperature and air volume was analyzed.The experimental results showed that the heat transfer rate increased at first then decreased with the liquid filling ratio increasing,the optimized liquid filling ratio was about 60%;When the liquid filling ratio was constant,the heat transfer increased with the temperature difference of indoor and outdoor increasing,the heat transfer also increased with the air volume increasing.
