LW-450卧式螺旋沉降离心机的合理应用

摘要(Abstract):

卧式螺旋沉降离心机的分离效率与离心机的分离粒度、处理量、工作参数以及钻井液的性能参数密切相关。以石油矿场广泛使用的LW-450离心机为例,在建立相关数学基础上对离心机的分离效率与工作转速及处理量之间的关系进行了分析计算,并给出了不同泥浆比重条件下,LW-450离心机的最大处理量,本研究对该型离心机的合理使用具有一定实际意义。
The separating efficiency of the decanter centrifuge depends upon its separating size,capacity and working parameters.Meantime it has close relation to performance parameter of drilling fluid.Takes LW-450 centrifuge as example.General mathematical model is established and its separating efficiency is calculated under different drum rotating speeds and capacities.The maximum capacities according to different drilling fluid weight are given out at the end of the paper.The research on the Centrifuge of reasonable application has definitely actual meaning.
