用于低温环境下的双级压缩风冷热泵热水器

摘要(Abstract):

针对普通风冷热泵热水器低温环境下的应用问题,提出了双级压缩热泵热水器系统,并在系统的双级压缩循环热力学分析基础上,给出了系统性能评价系数和各部件火用损失的计算式。通过对设定运行工况的计算,得出:系统在冷凝温度60℃和蒸发温度-30℃工况下,性能系数大于2,系统有用能损失主要集中于冷凝器端,高低压两压缩机火用损之和不到系统总火用损的1/3。
With the problem that the plain air source heat pump water heater used in the low temperature,this paper presents two-stage compression air source heat pump water heater.Based on the thermodynamically analysis of the two-stage compression cycle,the formula of performance evaluation coefficient and exergy loss are proposed.According to the calculation under the setting condition,the results indicate that the performance coefficient is over 2 when the condensation temperature is 60℃ and the evaporation temperature is-30℃.The exergy loss of the system focuses on the condenser,and the sum of exergy loss of the high and low pressure compressors is below one-third of the total exergy loss.
