摘要(Abstract):
为了探索新型柱面气膜密封的密封性能,基于CFD数值分析方法,定量分析了不同参数对一字槽柱面气膜密封性能的影响。研究结果表明,一字槽对动压气体润滑压场分布有较大的影响,结构参数、操作参数以及槽型参数对密封性能有直接影响,由于平均气膜厚度对泄漏量和浮升力的影响以及偏心率对气膜刚度和摩擦转矩的影响相互制约,应用中需综合考虑其对密封性能影响。该研究可为柱面气膜密封的实验研究和投入使用提供指导意义。
In order to explore the sealing performance of the new cylindrical gas film seal,his paper analyzed the performance of gas film sealing which is based on CFD numerical method.The influence of operation parameters and structural parameters on the sealing performance of a slotted cylindrical gas film was analyzed.The results show that the slotted one has a great influence on the distribution of dynamic pressure gas pressure field.The structural parameters,operating parameters and slot parameters have a direct impact on the sealing performance,due to the influence of the average film thickness on the leakage and lift force.And the influence of eccentricity on the film stiffness and friction torque is mutually restricted,and the influence on the sealing performance should be considered comprehensively in the application.This study can further provide guidance for the research and application of cylindrical gas film seals.
