多级离心泵出口联锁设置及其安全影响分析Study on Configuration and Influence of Safety Instruments at the Discharge of Multistage Centrifugal Pump

摘要(Abstract):
近年来,一些炼油装置的多级离心泵出口设置联锁阀的现象越来越普遍,主要用于避免停泵时的高压介质反串。为分析联锁设置对泵安全的影响,本文在对多级离心泵出口设置联锁阀的充分必要性进行深入分析的基础上,对设置联锁阀可能产生的误跳车情况及其可能的水锤现象进行深入分析。结果表明,多级离心泵出口设置联锁阀的必要性值得商榷,设置时要充分考虑阀门的关闭时间对系统安全的影响。
The configuration of safety instruments at the discharge of multistage centrifugal pump aiming at preventing high pressure letdown during shutdown is becoming more and more popular in refining installations in recent years.In order to study the influence of these safety interlocks on pump safety,the sufficiency and necessity of these interlock,especially emergency shutdown valve,were analyzed.The influence of spurious close of shutdown valve and associated water hummer were also studied.By analysis it is found that the necessity of safety instruments at the discharge of pump should be carefully studied.The findings are helpful for the determination of minimum close time of emergency shutdown valve.
