多孔端面机械密封在催化剂泵轴端密封中的应用

摘要(Abstract):

催化剂微球装置是催化剂厂的重要装置,其中泵运行工艺条件苛刻,不仅泵输介质固含量高、腐蚀性强,而且泵启动频繁、抽空现象时有发生,因此泵用JF103型机械密封故障率高,运行周期极短,平均仅为3~5天。针对上述机械密封使用寿命短、可靠性低的问题,研制开发了激光加工多孔端面新型机械密封,并对其冲洗方案进行调整。现场使用结果表明,相比于原用普通机械密封,新型机械密封的使用寿命超过3个月预计目标并接近半年,完全满足了企业的需求。
A catalyst microsphere device is one of the important devices in catalyst process. In which the process pumps operating under harsh conditions,not only the process medium are of high solid content and strong corrosion,but the pumps are subjected to frequent starts and stops as well as evacuation phenomenon. Therefore seal failure rates are high for mechanical seals typed JF103 used for the pumps axial sealing. The seals use cycle is short and work only three to five days. In order to solve the above problems,a new type of laser surface textured mechanical seals has been developed and applied in the field. Results show that the new type seal operates better than the older one,and its use period extends to more than three months expected and near to half a year. The successful application of laser surface textured mechanical seal in catalyst process unit has met the needs of such petrochemical companies.
