摘要(Abstract):
双冷源梯级空调系统是一种采用高、低温冷源共同承担系统负荷的新型空调系统,其通过对冷源系统、冷冻水输送系统、空气处理系统和自控系统等四个子系统的优化设计,实现满足系统要求的前提下尽可能节能的目的。针对目前此类研究缺乏整体性分析的缺陷,对冷源系统、冷冻水输送系统、空气处理系统和自控系统的节能率进行了理论分析,并以此为基础建立了双冷源梯级空调系统总节能率分析方法。与常规空调系统相比,该系统总理论节能率为6.85%~39.67%,节能效果显著。所得结论验证了双冷源梯级空调系统的节能效果,提出的总节能率分析方法为双冷源梯级空调系统的工程应用和进一步研究提供了理论依据。
The dual cold source cascade air conditioning system is a new type of air conditioning system that uses high and low temperature cold sources to afford the system load.The four subsystems,i.e.,the cold source system,the chilled water delivery system,the air treatment system and the automatic control system were optimized to achieve the purpose of saving energy as much as possible under the premise of meeting system requirements.The energy saving rates of the four systems were analyzed theoretically with respect to the deficiency of lack of overall analysis for such kind of researches at present.And based on this,the total energy saving rate analysis method of dual cold source cascade air conditioning system was established.Compared to conventional air conditioning system,the total theoretical energy saving rate of this system is 6.85%~39.67%,its energy saving effect is significant.The obtained results have verified the energy-saving effect of the dual cold source cascade air-conditioning system.The proposed total energy-saving rate analysis method provides a theoretical basis for the engineering application and further research of the dual cold source cascade air conditioning system.
