R22替代工质的组分配比优化Optimization of Compositions for Alternative Mixture Refrigerant Used in Heat Pump

摘要(Abstract):
采用序列二次规划算法(SQP),在给定工况和约束下,以COP为目标函数进行了制冷剂混合物组分配比的理论优化计算。在不同初值情况下得到了几种可以替代R22的混合工质的最佳配比,并与已有的热泵替代混合物进行了比较。结果表明,该方法具有收敛速度快、运行稳定、结果准确的优点,且对初值的要求不高,可方便地应用于热泵替代混合工质的组分配比优化。
Based on the sequential quadratic programming(SQP),optimization of compositions for alternative mixture refrigerants is conducted with COP as object function under specified working conditions and constraints. The optimum compositions of several refrigerant mixtures as substitutes of R22 are obtained,and comparisons with other available substitutes are made. The results show that SQP is a quick and stable method with high accuracy, and the demand on initial value is not very strict. It can be used for selecting refrigerant substitutes and composition optimization.
