绿色磨削用新型低温冷风发生装置的系统设计与性能测试

摘要(Abstract):

低温冷风磨削是绿色磨削加工技术中的一个重要分支,而向磨削区提供低温冷风是研究和应用该项技术的前提。本文设计并搭建了一套新型磨削用低温冷风发生装置,并对该系统的空气处理过程和主要设备包括蒸汽压缩制冷系统、低噪声喷射器进行了详细的介绍。性能测试表明:该装置能够提供温度范围-34℃~0℃、绝对压力0.3~0.6MPa、流量范围0~34Nm3/h的低温压缩空气。
The Cooling-air Grinding is a main branch of green grinding technology.Providing cooling air to the grinding zone is a premise of this technique.The new type of cooling-air generator for green grinding is development.The air handling process and main equipments of the generator including the vapor compression refrigeration system and the low noise injector are introduced in details.The performance results indicate that the generator can apply cooling air with temperature range-34℃~0℃,pressure range 1~7bar and volume mass range 0~34Nm3/h.
