摘要(Abstract)：
中石化荆门分公司25Wt/a气分装置丙烷压缩机轴封系统由于操作工况与设计工况偏离导致封油跑损严重,部分封油进入丙烷蒸发冷凝器,造成装置热泵系统运行效率大幅降低。经分析论证,将机械密封系统改为干气密封系统,运行至今情况良好。
Due to the deviation of operation condition to design condition,severe escaping lost of sealing oil was found in the shaft seal system of propane compressor of a 250000 tons/year gas fractionating unit in Sinopec Jingmen branch.The operation efficiency of heat pump system was greatly reduced because some of the sealing oil entered the propane evaporative condenser.By analysis and changing mechanical seal system to dry gas seal system,the unit operates well till now.
