活塞式压缩机振动测试研究

摘要(Abstract):

为了降低压缩机整机的振动烈度和加速度值,找到一种最佳的减振器。针对某型压缩机,在试验现场,进行了振动和噪声测试。分别选取BE-85,BE-160,BE-300等3种型号的橡胶减振器进行测试,测点取在了联接螺栓正上方。通过观察和比较压缩机振动指标,换上减振器后,4个测点振动加速度均被放大。经过FFT分析,发现振动能量主要集中在低频段。10~315Hz,315~1000Hz,10~8000 Hz 3个频段加速度级,满足要求,但振动烈度偏高。所得试验数据和分析结果对压缩机的动态设计、改造具有指导意义。
In order to reduce the vibration velocity and acceleration value of the whole compressor,A best shock absorber will be found. For the compressor of a certain type,at the laboratory,the vibration and noise test has been carried on. Rubber shock absorber of three types which are BE-85,BE-160,BE-300 were selected to test respectively,and the measuring point is above the bolt which connect the absorber with foundation. After changing the shock absorbers,the vibration acceleration of four measured points have been enlarged through the observation and comparison of the compressor vibration parameters. What were found that the vibration energy is concentrated in the low frequency band by FFT analysis. In the three range frequency,10 ~ 315 Hz,315 ~1000Hz,10 ~ 8000 Hz,and the acceleration level meet performance targets,but the vibration velocity is on the high side. The analysis and results of experimental data have a guiding significance on dynamic design and transformation of compressor.
