不同供水温度下地源热泵群孔换热性能的试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

对夏季地源热泵单、双U地埋管形式的群孔换热性能进行试验研究。试验结果表明,地埋管与土壤间的换热功率呈对数函数形式变化;在群孔循环总流量为8 m3/h,不同供水温度条件下,供水温度每增加1℃,单U换热功率平均增加2.47 k W,双U换热功率平均增加3.06 k W;定量分析表明,连续换热20 h后的换热功率值可作为群孔实际换热能力值,并给出换热20 h时的不同工况下的换热功率值,可为地源热泵地埋管系统的工程设计提供参考依据。
The heat transfer performance of group holes of Single-U and Double-U ground pipe used in ground source heat pump system was studied. The results show that the variation rule of the heat transfer power between ground pipe and soil is as logarithmic function;when the supply water temperature increases 1 ℃,the heat transfer power of Single-U ground pipe will rise as an average level of 2.47 k W,and that of the Double-U will rise as an average level of 3.06 k W under the total water circulating flow of the groups of roles 8 m3/h.Quantitative analysis shows that the heat transfer power measured during continuous measurement for 20 hours can be used to evaluate actual heat transfer performance of ground pipe,and also get different heat transfer power values under different working conditions,those achievements provide a reference for engineering design for GSHP.
