核电用软密封旋塞阀的设计及仿真分析

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了核电用软密封旋塞阀的结构特点和设计计算方法。利用有限元软件ANSYS对核电用旋塞阀进行模态分析,计算旋塞阀在正常工况、异常工况、紧急工况和事故工况下的应力,分析结果表明该旋塞阀在上述工况下均能保证其结构完整性,满足ASME规范的设计要求,具有良好的工程实用价值。
The structural features and design calculation methods of the soft sealing plug valve for nuclear power was introduced. Modal analysis of the soft sealing plug valve is carried out by finite element software ANSYS. The stress calculation of the plug valve are performed under normal operating,abnormal,emergency and accident conditions. The results indicate that the plug valve can maintain its integrity of the structure under the above conditions,which is in compliance with the requirements of the ASME code and have good practical value in practice.
