离心式吸鱼泵叶轮的设计

摘要(Abstract):

为了解决国内活鱼泵吸产品匮乏以及技术落后等问题,以实现活鱼转运、输送为目的,采用XYB-200离心式吸鱼泵为原型泵,根据设计要求给定尺寸和比转速,通过泵相似定律对新型吸鱼泵进行设计,计算叶轮进口、出口和直径并进行分析校核,得到吸鱼泵叶轮设计参数。通过ANSYS CFX模拟验证吸鱼泵性能参数,最终实现新型吸鱼泵的研发。
In order to solve the problem of domestic fish pump which is rarely used at work,and the technology of fish pump lags behind other countries. For the effectively live fish damage-free transfer,fish pump XYB-200 is selected as prototype pump for design reference. According to the design requirements and similarity law of pump,the parameters of impeller was calculated by given size and specific speed of prototype pump,then Three dimensional modeling was built by the parameters. At last,the new fish pump modeling was analyzed by ANSYS CFX software,and finally complete the research and development of the new fish pump.
