通风机内部流场和性能的数值模拟及其分析

摘要(Abstract):

利用商业计算流体力学(CFD)软件Fluent对某小流量高压离心风机的空气动力性能和三维流场进行了数值模拟。为了更好地与试验测试数据进行对比,建立了基于GB/T1236-2000标准试验装置的物理模型。通过数值计算与试验结果的分析比较,表明数值模拟计算方法是可行的。
A three dimensional numerical simulation on a centrifugal fan is developed based on FLUENT software in order to investigate the inside flow field and performance.A physical model based on GB/T 1236-2000 is established for comparison of the numerical simulation results with experiment.The computational results in 5 operation points are compared with the experiment,it shows that the simulation method is reliable and can be predict the performance of centrifugal fans
