安全阀在线校验测量技术优化及精度研究

摘要(Abstract):

结合安全阀在线校验技术的基本原理,分析了在线校验中附加外力直接测量的弊端,提出了附加外力测量的优化措施,用压力变送器和精密压力表代替力传感器间接测量附加外力,并设计采集电路。并且通过分析误差影响因素,引入油缸预估油压理论和开发传感器定标程序,辅助校验人员进行在线校验,使安全阀在线校验的测试精度得到了提高。所述方法和理论具有较强的实际意义,值得推广应用。
According to the basic principle of on-line calibration technology of safety valve,the demerits of application of external force for direct measurement in the online calibration were analyzed, the optimization measures for application of external force measurement were proposed to substitute the pressure transducer and the precision pressure gauge for indirect measurement of applied external force by force sensor,and the acquisition circuit was designed. And by analyzing the influence factors of the error,the oil cylinder oil pressure pre-estimation theory was introduced and the sensor calibration procedure was developed to assist the calibration personnel in online calibration,and the test accuracy of the on-line calibration of the safety valve was improved. The said method and theory have stronger practical significance and deserve extensive application.
