土壤源热泵空调系统在武汉地区的经济性研究Economy Research of Ground Source Heat Pump Air Conditioning System in Wuhan

摘要(Abstract):
根据土壤源热泵空调系统的特点,以武汉地区某办公楼为代表性建筑,并以风冷热泵空调系统、水冷螺杆+燃气锅炉空调系统、VRV空调系统为比较对象,来进行土壤源热泵空调系统的经济性研究。本文利用建筑能耗模拟软件eQUEST对该办公楼建筑的各种空调方案的能耗进行了精确的模拟,并结合武汉市的公共事业费率,通过全面对比分析各方案的初投资、运行费用、寿命周期成本、费用年值、热经济学成本,得出土壤源热泵空调系统在武汉地区的经济性。
According to the application and development of the Ground Source Heat Pump(GSHP) system,an office building is selected as representative building,and GSHP system is compared by Air Cooled Heat Pump System,Water-cooled screw +Gas Boiler System,VRV System.eQUEST,a building energy simulation software,is used to simulate energy consumption of GSHP system and other air conditioning system.According to the energy price of the city of Wuhan and the comparison between GSHP system and other air conditioning systems in first cost,operation bills,the life cycle cost(LCC) and annual expenses and thermo economic cost,the economy of the GSHP system is elicited.
