间接蒸发冷却器二次空气的试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

通过搭建可视化的间接蒸发冷却试验系统,研究了无冷凝、部分冷凝、全冷凝条件下新风温湿度和风量对间接蒸发冷却器二次空气的影响。试验结果显示,冷凝可以有效地抑制二次空气的温降,增加二次空气的含湿量;在全冷凝条件下新风温湿度过高则会出现二次空气温升。另外,冷凝条件下新风风量对二次空气温湿度影响较小。
In this paper,the effect of fresh air temperature,relative humidity and volume flow on secondary air of indirect evaporative cooler under non-condensation,partial condensation and total condensation conditions was investigated by building a visualized test system of the indirect evaporative cooler. The test results show that condensation can significantly suppress temperature drop of secondary air,and increase its moisture content. When the temperature and relative humidity of fresh air are too high under total condensation condition,temperature rise of secondary air will occur. Furthermore,the effect of fresh air volume flow under condensation condition on secondary air is relatively small.
