摘要(Abstract):

对离心式旋转机械轴向力在线监控装置做了简单介绍 ,然后详细介绍了一种离心泵轴向力在线监控装置测力弹性元件的优化设计 ,为了保证测力传感器的性能 ,采用有限元法计算了不同结构及尺寸的弹性元件在轴向力约为 39 2 2kN时的应力、应变及垂直位移的分布 ,在此基础上优选了最佳的弹性元件结构及最佳的电阻应变片位置 ,显著地提高了测力传感器的灵敏度 ,并通过实验得到了验证。
The device for on-line monitoring the axial forces of rotating machine is introduced. The optimized design of elastic forcemeasuring element is propesed, in order to develop the performance of the sensor and the device, the simulation of the stress strain and axial displacement in the elastic element were completed by using the finite element method, on the basement, the optimization of the elastic element was obtained.
