快速热阀隔防热结构的热分析

摘要(Abstract):

为了在快速热阀研制中设计出合理和经济的防热结构,在两种载荷下,对不同热导率材料的隔热层及阀体进行了有限元热分析,数值模拟出热阀工作中的温度场分布。以有限元热分析结果作为防热结构设计的依据,在阀体内设计厚度为100mm的隔热层,解决了快速热阀在627℃的高温和8.0MPa高压下运行过程中的阀体外表面温度不高于100℃的难题。通过实测表明:在设计的工况下运行,其阀体外表面温度低于70℃。
In order to design a suitable and reasonable adiabatic structure during the development of High Temperature and Quick-Action Angle Stop Valve,of temperature distribution for the valve was numerical simulated with Finite Element Method thermal analysis at two different operation load and different heat conductivity.Taking the analysis results as the basis of designing for reasonable adiabatic structure,a heat insulation with thickness of 100mm is designed inside the valve body,it was successfully solved the problem that the requirement of the temperature on outer of valve body should less than 100℃ when the valve is operating at the pressure of 8MPa and the working fluid's temperature is higher than 627℃.It has shown that the temperature of outer of valve body is less than 70℃ at design condition during practical operation.
