轴向间隙对对旋风机气动特性及总性能的影响

摘要(Abstract):

以一台矿用对旋风机为对象,采用CFD方法对6种不同轴向间隙方案下风机的气动性能进行了三维非定常数值计算,对不同轴向结构对风机压力脉动特性、性能和流场的影响进行分析研究。研究表明:对旋风机的非定常性受轴向间隙的影响较大,增加间距不仅能较好地削弱下游转子的位势干扰作用,同时也能降低上游转子的叶片尾迹影响;轴向间隙对风机效率、静压升以及两级效率、轴功率均有显著影响;增大轴向间隙会加剧掺混损失对风机性能的影响。
In order to study the influence of axial spacing on internal flow of the counter-rotating fan,a mining counter-rotating fan is used as the object,the CFD method was applied to simulation the fan under 6 different axial spaces between rotors,numerical simulations have been conducted to investigate the effect of axial spacing between two reversed rotating rotors of a counter rotating axial fan on the pressure fluctuation characteristics,performance and the detailed flow structure. Research shows: the increase of axial spacing not only can effectively weaken the downstream rotor potential interference,but also can reduce the impact of upstream rotor blade wake. The axial gap has significant influence on the efficiency,the static pressure rise,the two stage efficiency and the shaft power. Increasing the axial spacing can increase the loss.
