商用跨临界CO_2水-水热泵热水器系统特性试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

设计并搭建了带回热器的商用跨临界CO2水-水热泵热水器试验系统,并依据相应的国家标准对试验系统进行了多个工况的循环性能试验研究。试验结果表明,名义工况下出水温度85℃时制热COPh值为2.82,最大负荷工况下出水温度65℃时制热COPh值为3.68。冷却水进水温度越高,系统效率越低。同时试验结果表明,CO2作为制冷剂在热泵热水器的应用中更具有优势。
A commercial water source heat pump water heater system using CO2 transcritical cycle with inner heat exchanger was described.A series of experiment for the heat pump were carride out according to the National Standards for commercial heat pump.The experimental results show that the transcritical CO2 heat pump is advantageous over those conventional refrigerants heat pump.On the process of experiment,a heating–COP of 2.82 under nominal working condition and 3.68 under maximum load working condition were achieved for the transcritical CO2 heat pump when the outlet water temperature are 85℃ and 65℃,respectively.Heating-COP decrease with the increase of the inlet cooling water temperature.CO2 is more suitable for the heat pump system than the conventional refrigerants.
