水源热泵机组制冷量测量不确定度评定
Uncertainty Evaluation in Water-source Heat Pump Cooling Capacity Measurement

摘要(Abstract):

基于相关性能测试标准和JJF 1059-1999规范,对整体水源热泵样机制冷量测试结果的不确定度进行了分析,建立了空气侧和水侧计算数学模型,对A类和B类不确定度进行了分别评定,结果表明,机组该次测量的不确定相对值为2%。讨论干球温度、湿球温度、喷嘴直径、压差、大气压力、水温、流量等参数对制冷量测量不确定度的影响,提出了对温度测量回路进行一体化标定的建议,为提高试验系统的测试水平提供了参考。
Based on standards GB/T 19409-2003 and JJF 1059-1999,uncertainty in integral water-source heat pump cooling capacity measurement is analyzed.Calculation model for air-side and water-side test are established,and A-type and B-type uncertainty are evaluated respectively.Conclusion indicates that relative uncertainty of this measurement is 2%.Main influence factors on refrigeration volume measurement,such as dry-bulb temperature,wet-bulb temperature,nozzle diameter,pressure difference,atmospheric pressure,water temperature,flow,etc.,are discussed.Temperature measurement channel integral calibration is recommended,and the advices are helpful for accuracy enhancement of test system.
