多孔介质模型在板翅式换热器数值模拟中的应用

摘要(Abstract):

利用FLUENT软件中的多孔介质模型,对板翅式燃气热水器换热器芯体内流体的流动与传热进行三维数值模拟。计算分析了不同操作参数条件下,换热器芯体的流场分布特点,计算结果与热水器样机测试实验结果吻合,表明该模型的应用是切实可行的。
It was discussed that the application of porous media and distributed resistance model in numerical simulation of plate-fin heat exchanger which was used in the gas-fired water heater.The flow field distribution in the core body of the heat exchanger were analyzed under different operating parameters,and good agreement is obtained between the computed results and the experiments of the water heater,demonstrating the feasibility of the porous media and distributed resistance model.
