同心管束式空气型相变蓄热器换热影响因素分析

摘要(Abstract):

研究了多种影响因素下的同心管束式空气型相变蓄热器蓄热性能,优化同心管束式空气型相变蓄热器的设计参数。以CFD软件为平台,从4个方面模拟了12组同心管束式空气型相变蓄热器的蓄热情况。结果表明:换热管管径为70 mm的蓄热器蓄热时间比65 mm的减少了3.2%,比60 mm的减少了31.8%;增大蓄热器入口空气流速会提高蓄热速率,但同时蓄热器的效率也会受到影响;换热管的间距和布置方式对蓄热器换热速率影响较大;相变材料的导热系数提高0.1 W/(m·K),蓄热器节省约15%的蓄热时间。
The paper investigated heat storage performance of concentric tube air type phase change heat accumulator under various influencing factors in order to optimize the design parameters of the heat accumulator.With the CFD software as the platform,the heat storage conditions of 12 sets of concentric tube bundle air type phase changed heat accumulators were simulated from four aspects. The results show that thermal storage time of the heat exchanger with the pipe diameter of 70 mm was decreased by 3.2% compared with that with the pipe diameter of 65 mm and by 31.8% compared with that with the pipe diameter of 60 mm;increasing the airflow speed of the accumulator inlet will help improve the heat storage rate,but at the same,it will influence the efficiency of the accumulator;the spacing and arrangement style of heat exchange tubes have great influence on heat transfer rate;if the thermal conductivity of the phase-change material is increased by 0.1 W/(m·K),about 15% of the heat storage time will be saved for the accumulator.
